As the founder of the strategy consulting practice at RCM Consulting, he has advised on projects exceeding PKR 1 billion in investment value. His previous work experience includes strategic leadership at City Schools Limited, where he guided enterprise-wide KPI analysis through BI tools, structured SBU business plans using GRETL regression techniques, and developed data rooms for private equity transactions—all reflecting his capability to translate analytics into actionable board-level decisions.
